Reservations

The rates given below are in US$ (United States Dollars), and are applicable to the house as a whole.
Peak season rates apply from December 1st to April 30th. Low season rates apply at all other times.
Minimum rental: 1 week pro ratable daily after 7 days. Except for Christmas and New Year: minimum 2 weeks rental.



Rates

                    Peak Season US $5,000 per week

                    Christmas/New Year weeks: US $ 5,500 per week

                    Low Season US $4,000 per week

Rates may change to account for inflation. A 5% service charge will be added to the contract.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund minus US $100 fees if cancellation is made more than 60 days of date of arrival.
No refund under 60 days before date of arrival.

Checks only if in US Dollars on US Banks
Wire transfers: Specific information will be provided at time of reservation



Booking Conditions
Any booking request will not be made firm or confirmed until a 25% deposit is received. Once the request for the reservation is received, the booking will be held for 10 days from that date, after which time those dates will become available again. The balance of payment is due 60 days before arrival.
For Christmas and New Year bookings are minimum 2 weeks with a 50% deposit, and payment in full 8 weeks prior to departure.
